Georgia driver could be found negligent re fatal accident

The death of a family member or friend is a loss like no other. While death in any form is traumatic, the grief that comes with a seemingly senseless fatal accident may only compound the suffering. One Georgia family has recently experienced just such a death.

Georgia woman faces multiple charges in fatal auto accident

Georgia State Police have filed multiple charges against a woman after a string of apparent violations culminated in a serious crash. The auto accident killed one woman and left several others injured, including a sheriff's deputy. The woman was charged with vehicular homicide and driving under the influence.

Teens claim many close encounters with car accidents when walking

"Hold hands and look both ways" is one of the first instructions parents teach their youngsters when they first learn to cross the streets in their towns. Indeed, schools also spend time trying to educate students to develop safe habits to avoid dangers such as car accidents. Regardless, there are still many pedestrian versus vehicle collisions everyday throughout the country, including here in Georgia.

Mother fights for change after truck accident killed 2 daughters

While headed west to revisit a former home state, a mother -- traveling with three of her nine children -- was caught up in a serious accident. She lost two of her children that May when a truck accident killed one daughter immediately and another a few days later. The Georgia collision resulted in this mother fighting for changes.
