Georgia toddler killed in hit-and-run -- wrongful death claim?

A Georgia mother is mourning the loss of her 2-year-old son and trying to help her daughter heal from injuries that were suffered in the same accident. Now, this woman is asking for any information that may help bring the person responsible for this apparent wrongful death to justice. The fatal collision occurred earlier this month and an investigation is ongoing.

2 dogs; 2 boys; 2 Georgia familes face loss due to fatal accident

Within the time frame of less than three days, two loose dogs have resulted in the deaths of two teenagers. Now, two separate Georgia families will be forever connected by one common and heartbreaking factor -- the loss of a loved one from a fatal accident. Both children died after being struck by cars.

Georgia police: Pastor killed by drunk driver

Members of a Georgia congregation recently had a celebration for their spiritual leader of over 20 years. Sadly, the same evening of their joyous anniversary became a night of mourning after their pastor was killed in an accident apparently caused by a drunk driver. The crash also resulted in injuries to the pastor's wife that required emergency transportation and medical treatment.

Fatal truck accident in Georgia results in charges

A woman, who is being detained due to her immigration status has also been charged with several counts following a traffic wreck. Law enforcement officials in Georgia have filed criminal complaints against the woman following a fatal truck accident that occurred in late March. She is facing homicide by vehicle after she is reported to have caused the crash on a busy Interstate.
