Fatal accident claims life of driver in Georgia

Fatalities resulting from a car accident are often considered the worst possible outcome of such a situation. The families of fatal accident victims would likely agree with this sentiment as they often face additional difficulties in the wake of such an event, along with the loss of their loved one. Funeral arrangements and other expenses could lead to financial hardships, and filing a legal claim may be an option to consider.

Georgia dog bites could lead to premises liability claims

Having a dog can be a joy to many individuals. However, if a person is bitten by another individual's dog, joy is likely the farthest emotion from the victim's mind. In some situations, dog bites can be quite serious and lead to a person needing medical attention. If a person was seriously injured by a dog while on the owner's property, the victim may have reason to file a premises liability claim against the owner.

Driver killed, teenager seriously injured in Georgia car accident

When an individual is seriously injured in a single-vehicle accident and the driver of the vehicle dies, the injured party may think that he or she does not have many options for pursuing compensation. However, other parties apart from the driver considered at fault for a car accident may be held liable. Individuals may be able to file a claim against the estate of the deceased driver, the owner of the vehicle and/or other parties. Information on how to do so may be helpful.

Georgia soldier killed in accident caused by a drunk driver

Getting a flat tire can be a considerable inconvenience, and many travelers have had to stop in order to change a tire. Unfortunately, having to stop on the side of the road can be a dangerous action, and other drivers could pose a threat. If another driver is impaired, an individual stopped on the side of the road could potentially become the victim of an accident caused by a drunk driver.
