Mother awaits justice for son killed in truck accident last year

In the opinion of many parents of United States soldiers, there is no higher calling. One such mother is no exception when talking of her 26-year-old son, who was a victim of a truck accident last summer in Georgia. She recently offered testimony and met with the state's attorney in two cases concerning his untimely death.

National holidays often lead to drunk driving accidents

The government has set aside certain days that are designated as memorials or tributes to workers, soldiers and historical or other important events. These days are often viewed by citizens as seasonal markers also and are celebrated with friends and family. Unfortunately, some of these holiday remembrances are marred by the tragedy of drunk driving accidents. Many Georgia families have been forever changed by these wrecks.

Georgia truck accident kills motorcyclist

For a motorcycle rider, the roadways are an especially dangerous place. In many cases this is due to the lack of awareness that motorists have when it comes to recognizing and respecting a motorcyclist place on Georgia roads. The worst consequence a rider may face on the roads is to be involved in a fatal accident. Unfortunately, a rider faced this very tragedy after being involved in a recent truck accident.

Georgia high school football players at risk for wrongful death

Football players of all ages pride themselves on their toughness, both physically and mentally. However, that same toughness of spirit on the part of Georgia high school football coaches could inadvertently lead to a wrongful death if a player succumbs to the excessive heat early in the season. It seems that every year, there is a report of at least one teen who dies during a practice or game.
