Some young inheritors choose to give away wealth

Among young people who receive sizeable inheritances, there are different groups. Some of them receive their inheritance and struggle with the responsibility of managing it. Many of them keep their money and are more or less successful in handling it. But a small group of these young people eschew their inheritance, choosing instead to give all or most of it away.

SC Supreme Court overturns estate settlement out of respect late singer's wishes

Last Wednesday, the South Carolina Supreme Court overturned a settlement between..... splitting up the soul singer's estate. According to the court, a former attorney general failed to follow Brown's wishes when putting the settlement together back in 2009.
